CONDITIONS AND POLICIES
PAYMENT: The establishment will charge the client 30% of the total amount of the stay to the credit card provided at the time of booking. The rest of the stay will be charged to the credit card provided on the day of arrival.
Cancellation by law: The client may cancel his reservation without charge as long as he notifies us 14 days before his arrival. In case of cancellation with less time than the indicated, the establishment reserves the right to keep the prepayment made.
*Tourist tax in Catalonia is 1€ person/day.
*Policy for additional persons: A supplement of 15€ per night and person (VAT included) will be charged. Cribs and high chairs are available free of charge.
*Pet/dog policy: one dog maximum per apartment only in first floor apartments. Guests must keep the dog on a leash in the garden so as not to disturb other guests and in case of barking dogs, do not leave them alone in the apartment. An extra charge of 45 euros per stay will be made for this service.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KEEP IN MIND
The Rectoria de Regencos has 4 apartments with the same characteristics and facilities, the only difference is that two of them are on the first floor and the other two on the top floor. The property reserves the right to give the clients one or the other apartment depending on availability when strictly necessary.
*To check in you should call us at our contact telephone +34 616410006 and we will provide you with a code to enter directly to your apartment.
*Check out of the apartment at 11.00 h.
*Our apartment has 1 main bedroom, for this reason if you come with children, they will have to sleep on a sofa bed.
* In the village of Regencos you can walk to a grocery store called "Agrobotiga Can Xitró" where you can buy homemade pastries and bread for breakfast and basic food products.
